those tankies would be very upset if they could read.
Lmao tankies are notorious for their reading lists lol. Here e.g. is an introductory one https://lemmy.ml/post/22417306

My dude that is literally what this thread is about
'Do the thing' is using the tools a user has at their disposal to block other users. Communities can block and ban users too.
Defederation over moderation is not the thing I am suggesting. Especially not as part of a multiyear campaign perpetuating a bad-faith feedback loop.

True, I don't pay much attention to the mod log for example, I did not even know it was a thing. I regularly browse my communities and /r/all or whatever the main feet is called. I am here for content that interest me, no matter on what instance it is hosted. I thought that was the whole point of federation.
You're right, and I don't blame you for being a passive user.
Here, you can try it yourself ā pay attention to users like Yogthos or Cowbee. 9 times out of 10 you end with threads of them monologuing to themselves against deleted comments.
-
What would you guys even talk about?
Beans and jeans, have you not been paying attention?
-
Don't you still see their posts on other threads?
I do see their comments, but not their posts.

ML stands for Mali, there's no TLD for Marxism lol
Lol. I think there is one for Republican and Democrat though. Which is funny. Or maybe it's like conservative or something. I don't know. There are so many TLDs now, it's crazy.

And there's no domain for Team Fortress 2, but lots of people use
.tf
for TF2 focused websites. -

doesn't officially have anything to do with TF2, that was my point. -

Either way, its more used for the funny hat game than the nation itself.

You wanted receipts of lemmy.flatworld doing their own censorship, there you go.
