Please don't make cats and penguins fight, it'd be a needless break of a powerful alliance! TTIt's not built-in, it's part of GNUtils. Linux works without them - your Linux kerneled OS may not.

In deed, thank you for the correction. In this instance, I meant Linux the way when people mean "GNU/Linux", but yeah, the kernel itself doesn't have that stuff.
