This is the sort of thing that leads to compression artifacts so bad even just black and white text looks like a snowstorm. It's almost impressive, in a way.

Ain't nothing wrong with a 'repost'* the issue is not spending 10 seconds to find a better copy instead of sharing whatever horrible quality version or one with needless edits/censoring that you happened to run into.
*This does not include posting something that has been already posted recently
