I did years ago and then forgot they existed. How do you do it?

      Is there an app?

What does binaural mean besides taking advantage of stereo?

Can also be isochronic or monoaural beats. They are sounds that entrain to certain frequency ranges, those being (from lowest Hz to highest Hz ranges) delta, theta, alpha, beta, and gamma

I tend to prefer monoaural because I dont want to have to wear headphones if possible and monoaural works that way if I understand it correctly
