He's still the strongest human alive. By Terrestrial standards, he's indestructible.

If you count Gohan, Trunks, 17, 18, and Tien as humans, which they all are to some degree, he's def not the strongest of his species. He is way up there though, and 7th place isn't even close, but special K is for sure not the strongest.

Gohans half saiyan, 17 and 18 use infinite energy cybernetics for their combat power - none are comparable to Krillin.
Tien though, totally. Toriyama has come out and said Krillin is the strongest human (I believe), so he either forgot about Tien or were just supposed to understand that Krillin is stronger than him despite Tien being far more dedicated to training and facing down bigger threats.

wrote on last edited by [email protected]Jsyk, the androids don't have infinite power. This idea comes from a mistranslation and it's actually that they always function at maximum power with deep reserves rather than having an endless supply of ki.
Agreed on the rest though. They are not comparable. My true point was that human is human. They are all human in different ways and to deny that just because some of them aren't fully human reminds me of blockhead ideas about race and race mixing. Saiyans and androids are on another level altogether though and that's hard to deny.
And I would 100% buy that Toriyama forgot about Tien just like he forgot about Launch lol. It was kind of a running pattern in his career to forget minor details and whole-ass characters here and there
