A source told CNN on Tuesday Giuffre was a current inpatient at a hospital in Perth and the bruising in the image was real, but she was not in a life-threatening condition and hospital staff were unaware of how her injuries were caused.
7NEWS understands Giuffre is currently being treated at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.

So no real way to know if anyone might have killed her (like her father believes) in the window of time nobody can account for. Kinda like somebody else that killed themselves in an odd window of time after being left unsupervised.
