Similar idea for Android: TrackerControl.
Better Invizible Pro, it offers in reduced form similar features as Portmaster (DNScrypt, selective per app Firewall, apart TOR and I2P network access).
(download it from F-Droid, not from the Google Play store, which I don't trust)
