America has the right to find its own destiny. America needs dramatic change to adapt to an ever-changing world. If France no longer see us as their ally then so be it. The world keeps on turning.

Make all the "France surrendered" jokes you want
It's so weird to me that France has been a military force that has oscillated between a force to be reckoned with and the most powerful land force in the world since the 17th century, but you lose one war to a blitzkrieg with an overconfident military leadership...
How does the Foreign Legion fit into this? I honestly don't know much about how they're connected to France. But, what I do know about them is that they're badasses.

I can’t blame them. I wouldn’t want to be an ally with the U.S. either.

It’s a way higher number than that. Women, GSM, anyone not white, Muslims, disabled people, elderly people, children, students, immigrants, non-fluent English speakers, and of course, anyone outspoken against the regime.
Lol lots of assumptions being made here.

Thats the 73%/23% split explained.
73%/23%
Someone can't maths!

The way I see it America has not many allies left. Not sure whether having no friends in a global world is a good destiny.

If they'd be willing renounce their claims to Taiwan and allow democracy in Hong Kong and Macau, maybe I could see that. Until then, same shit in more outwardly rational packaging.
The US is no less imperialistic than China. At least China is stable and predictable.

America's destiny is to ally itself with Russia, North Korea and other dictatorships? Good to know but I can't shake the feeling that you guys might want to spend some time thinking about what you're doing before you do it. Thinking is not as bad as media makes itnout to be. Some even say that it provides benefits.

No one said we have to ally ourselves with dictatorships. France is one country in the world.

Louisiana is French.
La Louisiane*

You could find an area with an "oppressed" French minority, and start by stirring an uprising in there. Once the pot begins to boil, try adding some french commando forces in disguise.
They could start in la Louisiane and Orléans, and teach you how to pronounce these names correctly

Not all of the 35 countries in America are like this, just one, the USA.

What's the Groupe Spéciale Mobile got to do with anything?

I am talking the blue part, which is not part of Canada.

France bled for America and America bled for France, both in absolutely existential conflicts that probably significantly affected the course of History but I guess since the rich orange man doesn't like us, that doesn't count ?
What did Russia do for America, if I may ask ?
-
The other 27% must not read the news, eh?
Even if you believe the US is an ally to whatever country you're from (outside of Russia, of course), he's proven to be untrustworthy and unreliable.
I assume the 27% are mostly fans of Marine Le Pen and they quite like Donald Trump.

But thats clearly and exactly what the implication of what you are saying is given that is what the US administration is doing. You just don't want to say it explicitly for reasons that are understandable but inexcusable.

Dear French friends. This will be telling if we see another liberal loss in the midterms. I say you give us 2 years. If we can’t pull this shit show back. Feel free to leave us in the wind. But if we need your help to stop these people if they block elections. I hope you will be there for us when in need.

Nah. Some European fascists are anti-US too. Just not their main parties
