      Further:

      • sadly no store pages are live yet to wistlist

      • the release date is September 5th (for some reason skipping Judgement Day's date?!)

Side-scrolling action games are not my cup of tea, but ngl that trailer looked awesome. The artwork is gorgeous and the T2 theme got me all nostalgic (even though I strongly prefer Terminator to Terminator 2; 2 is OK, I prefer the darker and horror-focused tone of the first one).

Yeah, I don't think I realized how much nostalgia I had attached to the movie's music.

The trailer had all the elements that felt good about movie games from back then, but there was a lot of actual trash put out back in the day.

Hopefully the gameplay is good on this.

I'd say they offer two different sides of the franchise, like Alien vs Aliens, but both brilliant, and both scary/traumatic to the then young generation

I do prefer Alien to Aliens, but Aliens is an excellent film as well. They are close.

Over time I've started to enjoy T2 somewhat less and definitely began appreciating T1 more.

My biggest issue with T2 is that in retrospective it has more of a summer blockbuster feel to it. T1 also had a lot of actions, but none of the teen angst stuff.

I mean... Which Judgment Day? The obvious answer is T2's Judgment Day of August 29th, but the timeline is so complicated that there's at least one Judgment Day in September.

It’s only complicated if you accept that any of the movies after t2 existed. I do not. They’re expensive fan fiction.

Terminator dark fate is as much canon as a throwaway ride at universal studios. The T 1,000,000 isn’t a thing…

You're making me wanna watch the first Terminator again. Haven't seen it since probably high school and maybe it will hit different now.

Do it. You might be surprised.
