Needless to say, the bike is only limited to India as of now. I don’t see it making the great big leap to the West anytime soon. But hey, judging by Indian manufacturers' global ambitions of late, you never know.

In a market like India it's all about affordability, so this model surely has better prospects than the Honda one that got hyped recently. In any case it's potentially big. These things, whoever wins the market, are going to be a godsend for India's unbearably loud and smoggy cities.
