I didn't know about the vote manipulation, I'll talk to the admins about it.
I'm away from home right now, I would have probably dealt with this all sooner since I like to do everything at my desktop. The porn was definitely wrong to post so I've removed it.
I won't lie about the votes; I agreed with them at the top comment first (before the reporsed comment) then mindlessly upvoted/downvoted comments based on that, so I'm sorry about that. Now that I'm engaging yeah, we'll discuss how to take action against

While I appreciate the apology, I have to point out that you originally upvoted their comment digging up an irrelevant comment of mine and lying about it. That's harassment.
It was also in response to a comment I made as a reply to their comment where I was calling them out for posting porn.
That's a bit more than just "mindless." I hope you consider taking more care in the future.

Also, @[email protected], an admin of the dbzer0 instance, is upvoting their comments and downvoting people who are pointing out this awful behavior. That admin is supporting this user who is posting porn to a community that explicitly forbids porn and who is harassing users by trying to dig up posts in their history that are completely irrelevant and then lying about them to try to slander them.

Checking the main post, they have also voted with multiple accounts on it, too. It seems that this user is likely manipulating all their posts or posts against them. Perhaps there's other accounts that they use, too. @[email protected] Do you have any thoughts on this?I'm not saying this dude is right for any of his actions, but also this comment is mega creepy.

This issue didn't start with using alts, it started with them harassing...and down-voting... about using AI, which to my knowledge, is not illegal on your sub, else most of your posters would be banned. What exactly is creepy about it? It's basic investigation with information that mods/admins have. I'm just using a separate tool to see the votes. It was suspicious when votes were aligning in a pattern favoring them when they are clearly being an awful person. So, I checked the info. Mods and admins can view the upvotes/downvotes of posts and comments similar to what you can see in the screenshot.

I have been posting memes to this sub with high up-votes. There is a group of users who are going around to your sub and harassing/down-voting your users for using AI. The irony here, which is what I was trying to point out, they use AI memes themselves, just go through their posts. If I am being banned for using alts, then you should also look at the gang of users, [email protected] being one of them, and how they tag team your subs/users. This issue didn't start with using alts, it started with them harassing...and down-voting... about using AI, which to my knowledge, is not illegal on your sub, else most of your posters would be banned. This all reminds me of why I left reddit.

For the second accusation of gofsckyourself using an AI image; I genuinely couldn't tell if it was AI or not so I'll ignore it.
I'm not sure where to go from here but perhaps the other admins know what to do. I'll DM you later and clear this up.

It started with you harassing people and posting a porn image. You brought attention to yourself with disgusting comments which made me notice the odd pattern of votes. Thank you. I think something to bring to the other admins would be the core issue here which hasn't been addressed. Are AI memes allowed or disallowed on your sub? You should decide this and make it part of your rules on the sidebar.
These anti-AI fascist are using your gray area to come into the sub and harass/down-vote members. If there was a clear-cut rule on whether AI memes are accepted or not, then there is a possibility for recourse as it would be going against the subs rules. Right now, they are clearly using the lack thereof to enact their opinions and harassing punishments on members.

We do have a voted on rule on our instance at courtesy of unruffled about no brigading, but that only applies to our own communities. If we were to intervene on other communities outside of ours, it would cause a lot of shit.
The best course of action would be to disengage, block or if they are harassing; report them. The report will go to me and the community mods. Cheers.

A few of these anti-AI fascist that posted here today, have already harassed me on another meme community about using AI to the point I just left. I recognized them today here, the tag-team. I really like Lemmy Shitpost. I am sure I am not the only member this is happening to, as they seem to force their agenda. I would be nice if this was actually addressed...by clear cut AI accepted or not rules. Thanks.
