Who is the next Daft Punk (earlier stuff) to you?

I wouldn't call pretty lights up and coming. He headlined a festival I went to fifteen years ago. But I'm going to check your other recommendations cause I haven't heard like half of them. Thank you!
I saw Primus -> Pretty Lights @ AllGood on Marvin’s Mountaintop.
It was amazing

Sorry - didn’t know they had to be up and coming. I wouldn’t call most of the artists on that list that, but definitely worth checking out.
No apologies needed homie! I'm just an incredibly pedantic person

Also I'm completely wrong, the post did not say "up and coming" I must've hallucinated it

Porter Robinson is probably worth a listen.
Alongside anamanaguchi

I love Daft Punk so much. I hate that I never got a chance to see them live. I have the album Alive 2007 on repeat right now. (I say earlier stuff in the title because I didn't care for the album Random Access Memories.)
Who else would you recommend I listen to? Especially if they're still producing music. I love their loopy, sampled sound. Any other bands do something similar? Identical isn't necessary, adjacent is fine.
I really like The Glitch Mob but not sure if they're similar to daft punk.

Mine was in the mid2000s. “Danger” released “11h30” which is an absolute banger that, at the time, nothing came close to sounding like it. Would recommend!
That's an amazing track.

Justice is up there for me. Haven't disliked a single one of their albums yet.
They are also touring this year

Moon Safari is a masterpiece.
And that’s even an understatement. Moon Safari is in the Mount Rushmore of the genre.

I've gotten really into Lemaitre, they're a Norwegian electronic duo thas kind of in between Avicii and Daft Punk, as far as sound goes. To me at least, they're incredible. Their song Reflection came on my playlist one day and.... Man, you ever hear a song and just immediately know you're going to listen to it on repeat for the next week? Then I checked out more of their songs and immediately listened to those on repeat as well.
I never hear anyone talking about them though. It's crazy to me they're not more popular. Their music just seems to push a button in my brain.

I don't believe there is a "next daft punk" as of yet but I would consider the following artists relatively daft punk adjacent. Certainly worth checking out.
Flume
What So Not
Gesaffelstein
RL Grime
Rustie
Jungle
Chet Faker
Die Antwoord

Glitch Mob is a lot more bass-y and dubstep-y compared to Daft Punk, imo

This is the answer I would choose too for something that sounds most like Daft Punk

Be aware of Die Antwoord controversies and them being horrible people.

I wish Air was coming to a city near me. Tragic.
According to Mr Collins they are coming in the air tonight!

Yeah, shame about that, I kinda liked their music.

Excellent suggestion, both for their quality and similarity to daft punk. You're right, I almost never hear people talk about them!

Not really the same but Chromeo.
Chromeo is so fucking funky and danceable.
Also just some random Future Funk suggestions...
Macross 82-99, Saint Pepsi, Conscious Thoughts, AnTgry, Yung Bae, id chief, Castle Carousel, to a lesser extent Flamingosis...
I will never not upvote some Chromeo.
