      "Rapid" in Germany would mean "planned for finishing within 10 years, actually done in 20 for double the price and with half of the capacity".

        No. This holds some truth in general but the lng terminals built after the Ukraine invasion tell a different story. It is possible if it is needed.

        However the story of the lng terminals also show why usually this should not be the case.

            i wonder if they will impliment those 3d printed cement structures at all. i know they arent as dense on average as a traditional bunker, but i imagine that can be tweaked if necessary.

                Reinstalling some blast doors in metro stations, parking garages and the like is not going to take 20years.

                  Especially since the older ones were originally built as blast shelters. We just need to refit them
