I just have to add to, that you shouldn't read these comments. Asking a question like this online will bring out in droves incels, white knights and people who think everyone and everything is a predator.
These people aren't real and they aren't representative of the real world. Read most online comments, it's mostly lunatics from all sides.
You're asking how to approach and meet people you find attractive, like you know every human since the dawn of time has done.
There really is no secret. First and most importantly, you must have your shit in order, enjoy your life, groom well etc etc. This is 90% of the actual work of becoming attractive.
After that you need to learn how to talk to people, anyone anywhere practice that, being respectful, a good listener and a good story teller and learning how to keep conversations going.
After that talking to women is just like talking to anyone else, it's a fun conversation where you might hit it off or not.
There's is nothing wrong with expressing interest respectfully, safely and fun for everyone, but it all's starts with normal conversations, because that's pretty much the secret to it all.
