It is a pro capitalism movie with bestiality, yes.

The while plot of it is: If workers are not exploited, they will not work and therefore the world will collapse. Also, it is Seen as bad to question if dedicating your whole life to repetetive Work is a bad thing, and is actively discouraged.

I mean, the whole thing is literally about bees revolting against a corrupt system where they are not heard and instead killed by gas (which is quite literally against the Geneva convention), which results in them being repaid and not working anymore, which ruins the entire planet. So they crawl back and beg for their exploitation.

THE MOVIE ENDS WITH EVERYTHING RETURNING TO NORMAL WITHOUT ANY OF THE NAZI GAS SHIT BEING EVEN AKNOWLEDGED

Also, if you translate Bees and Humans to classes, the movie says „let yourself be exploited, otherwise the Upper class will not get their private jets

(Also yes the main plot device is a married woman falling in love with a communist bee)

about bees revolting against a corrupt system

Or is it about bees going astray because of a disinformation campaign? Because the bees on the movie really like the work... like bees.

    killed by gas

I really don't remember if the movie explicitly acknowledges that the gas doesn't kill the bees. But this is absolutely about hyper-judicialization of society and a sleazy lawyer clearly lying to the audience and getting rewarded by that.

The movie doesn't fully anthropomorphize the bees. If you decide they are something the movie doesn't make them be, you can take any moral instance you want from it. It just won't be what's on the movie.

Bees are almost all female. The males' job is to fertilise the queen's eggs, have their penis explode and then die.

I've never seen Bee movie, but is a pro-beastiality movie right?

And if they're still alive come autumn, their sisters kick them out of the hive. No freeloaders! (I've seen this happen, it's quite brutal. The drone is struggling to get back inside into the warm, but the workers just shove him out.)

I’d go for the fertilizing the queen’s eggs third, if it were up to me!

Bees are brutal. In some colonies, they'll bee ball queens that are no longer fecund. "Thanks for all the babies, now roast to death!" In others, the new queen beats the old queen to death.

                Fucking bees, man. Fucking bees.

Wtf I definitely watched this movie but was too distracted/disturbed by the bestiality subplot to realize everything else fucked up about it.

While those are definitely the undertones, I'm 99.9% sure that Jerry Seinfeld never thought that far. He just came up with a plot about bees.

And this dichotomy makes it a real piece of art.

Did they come up with a plot? It seemed like they stopped at coming up with the pun "B Movie."

What's the deal with bees? They work like busy bees and produce honey for us, but we don't pay them anything. It's the bees knees! But what if they stopped working for free?

And what's the deal with airplane bees?

In the larva state workers and future queens are equal. It's all in the nurturing.
