When I saw this I initially thought "what a stupid idea, wouldn't the pilot be shot?" But

Then I had the realization that "no; Russia can't. Not unless they want to start a new war against Lithuania while currently still stuck with the first that they started against Ukraine."

I thought that Lituania was using a helicopter to surveil Russia where I then had the train of thought that ment Lithuania could do whatever with the intelligence like for example sell it to Ukraine and Russia couldn't shoot it down unless Putin wanted to start a second war.
