Unfortunately seems pretty flat, if I recall correctly the bottom of the truck is the battery module
Just get a couple neodymium magnets. Hot glue them to the harmonica ahead of time for quick deployment.

Hot-glue some of the holes so they each play a different chord. Maybe some kind of flexible barrier in front could redirect airflow until the vehicle picks up speed so some or all will stay quiet initially.

Which even centuries later, has people repressing such basic things as sex, cursewords, nudity.
