Also, I wouldn't ever glue/tie/epoxy one of these. I'd do four in various places.

Hot-glue some of the holes so they each play a different chord. Maybe some kind of flexible barrier in front could redirect airflow until the vehicle picks up speed so some or all will stay quiet initially.

It's censored because a very specific country from which a lot of social media comes from has been created by puritans. Which even centuries later, has people repressing such basic things as sex, cursewords, nudity.
