What music tempo/BPM is considered fast for you? (examples welcome)

Anything over 33 BPM is too fast for me. At that point, it becomes music instead of noise!
Acid King is touring this winter.

I play rhythm games a lot and accidentally developed a taste for hardcore/speedcore music, which is probably uncommon. So this is something I'm quite curious
I think my cutoff for considering something fast is like between 200-220 BPM. For example, xi - FREEDOM DiVE has a BPM of 222.22, which... apparently I only consider as "fast". Too fast is like 300 BPM for me
If you're into fast music you might find certain subgenres of metal are up your alley.
I can tremolo pick 16th notes at about 240bpm on guitar before the wheels start to fall off, so to speak. I'd consider anything over 225 to be fast. Anything crossing 16th notes at 300bpm should just be considered 32nd notes at 150bpm+ IMO. The bars fly by too fast to matter anymore if not.
Honestly I don't really jive with anything over 300bpm because I feel it loses all sense of groove or vibe-able rhythm. Its fine for little bursts here and there but a whole song at 300+ tends to bore me pretty quick.

56kbps modem equates to 933BPM.
That is too fast for me to get into, and they only have the one tune.

Nice
Also funny story... there's a prominent rhythm game musician who once made a shitpost music based on how much his tweet got retweeted. And this monstrosity with 1962 BPM actually got added to a game somewhere...

Also a rhythm gamer. I would say anything over 250 is fast and anything below 170 is slow

wrote last edited by [email protected]180 is the beginning of "fast" to me. But I can say I like a lot of fast music (I'm into J-core and punk)
In terms of how fast is "too fast" for me, my guess would be around 250, but I might've heard and liked something that fast without knowing it.

Anything above 180 is fast in my opinion, but my favourite is somewhere around 140 or 280. Among the non-weird ones, I don't think I encountered "too fast for me" musics.
