Overblown character with little substance who you literally only see like 3 times in the campaign, dies midway through, and isn't even the main villain.
Massively overhyped.
The cheerful sadism of the Australian guy who's name escapes me was much better imo.

Pravin Lal:

That game is such a gold mine.
- Once a man has changed the relationship between himself and his environment, he cannot return to the blissful ignorance he left. Motion, of necessity, involves a change in perspective.
- Technological advance is an inherently iterative process. One does not simply take sand from the beach and produce a Dataprobe. We use crude tools to fashion better tools, and then our better tools to fashion more precise tools, and so on. Each minor refinement is a step in the process, and all of the steps must be taken.
- Einstein would turn over in his grave. Not only does God play dice, the dice are loaded.
A particular one always gives me chills:

I wish there had been a way for Kellog to be more than just "a guy you kill on the way to the institute".
He deserved to be more fleshed out and used.
Kellogg should've been able to be a companion, with a rather high Charisma check or something.
