Yes, it's pretty interesting, but in my case I'd prefer reading the books they mention in the video to learn about this kind of stuff.

Yeah, they're "The History Of Nintendo" (4 volumes) by Florent Gorges, Isao Yamazaki. There's also the biography of Gunpei Yokoi, but not sure how easy that one is to get.
