I could've sworn there was an undercover cop who was trying to bait Muslims into admitting to being terrorists, but they instead reported the guy for being a terrorist. I can't find the story. Older one, though.

They joke, but it's been a major hurdle for the Police and FBI in the past lol
The fact that you cannot divest humanitarianism from humanity should have been their first clue.

Yes I remember that, they played undercover recordings from one on npr I believe, it was just this guy being like SO WHEN WE ARE GONNA JIHAD?!? Just over the top aggressive to some very confused and then concerned people, it's no wonder he was reported for it.

Reminds me of that German police report of leftist groups during the pandemic. They wrote something along the lines of
Left extremist observe most of the rules imposed by the government and even further. But, shame on them, they do not do it, because of obedience towards said government, but because of solidarity with their vulnerable fellow human beings. We hate that.
Was quite funny

wrote last edited by [email protected]I was interested in the source of this post, what I found was a 2004 academic paper out of the university of South Florida which looked into how law enforcement is meant to combat "modern" (2004) anarchist criminals. I haven't read past the first page yet, but it looks interesting to see how cops try and parse anarchist ideologies as being solely "terroristic"

wrote last edited by [email protected]I like the phrase "the food is not necessarily only consumed by anarchists", as a begrudging acceptance that their in fact may not be a secret cult of poor people trying to bring down society and that they may just be poor people.
