Can you recommend some good r&b influenced k-pop songs? I'd like to give them a try.

Sure. I don't want to overwhelm you with links so just a couple off the top of my head:

Mamamoo's High Tension and Rude Boy

    Le Sserafim's Impurities

    Wheein's Breeze

    Kiss of Life's Chemistry

    Natty's Sugarcoat

Hell, even BTS has some great r&b songs. Example is Paradise

Basically Mamamoo and Kiss of Life lean more into r&b. Dig deeper into BTS' discography and you'll find great r&b songs.

And of course, you can just go straight to kr&b which is a whole different world. Artists like Dean, Heize, DPR, BIBI, and Tabber to name a few; with the latter two having the best overall discographies IMO.

We all are, in our own way. We all crave the shrubbery.

                  Xera - Lliendes

Listened to a playthrough, everyday for 2 or 3 months, after finding this album.

Death in Vegas's Dead Elvis album. Is mostly upbeat instrumental, good background or going to sleep music without being boring

For me, it's eurobeat. But specifically, eurobeat while I'm driving my car. Ideally, doing something other than rolling down the interstate, merely holding my steering wheel straight for 20 minutes on my way to work.

It's not exclusively eurobeat, but I use this playlist whenever I find the right road for wringing out my engine a little bit. Or if I realize I'm in a rush and I need to floor it. Sometimes both.

Roots reggae. It's good for the soul.
