Hamas is still more than active in Gaza. A significant portion of Palestinians support Hamas. I think a similar treatment for all is not that unfair.

With your logic, Israel is torturing , raping, killing Palestinians way before Hamas existed and Israelis voted for the war criminal Netanyahu 6 time so with your logic not mine 7 of October was justified and Israeli civilians would deserve to die?I will repeat again , the Palestinians authority which rules the west bank respected the Oslo accords and Israel didn't. Israel has the obligation to end the occupation unconditionally under international law
