Myanmar’s military on Wednesday announced a unilateral ceasefire in its fight against rebels until April 22 to expedite relief and reconstruction efforts after last week’s devastating earthquake, which has killed more than 3,000 people.

I don’t believe them. If they had good intentions they would have done this last week when it was most needed.

and since when did they even care about civilians?
they shoot them on sight in the blink of an eye just for protesting ffs, incase the world forgot.
