A black man being beat up by police on his way home late one night after buying diapers for his toddler, sounds pretty awful and unjust right? Well turns out it was Clarence Thomas. I don't see anyone here who is trying to give him benefit of the doubt. Everyone is adamant that he did something wrong. I haven't seen anyone saying he shouldn't have gotten beaten up.

I think he is too young to be Luigi'd. He has capacity for reflection, contrition and transformation. But he did need to be checked, no doubt. Chances are this will not wake him up. His future will be in some minimum security prison for embezzlement or fraud or some other white collar crime.
