I saw it on 4chan one time and I liked it but lost the image and cant find it anymore
It was laying down I think and also the hat was possibly an emoji or icon that maybe looked clearly photoshopped on but it also could have been a real one

Looking up âdispleased white cat wearing cowboy hatâ on duckduckgo (and, by extension, I assume also bing) produces pages and pages of slop and no useable results, but google images still produced some real pictures.
It seems that the concept is somewhat common amongst stock image shops (though specifically white cats are rarer); for instance:
I've also found several sites (which might be scams) supposedly selling cat hats using these images, despite the cat clearly not looking very pleased with the product in question:

I've see an image of a white cat with maybe a black splotch slouching (sitting like a human best a cat can with legs forward) wearing a hat and looking disappointed.
