basically you can't. you can delete it locally but once you submit it, it's out there in every federated instance. Your post delete request will make it around but that doesn't mean it's actually deleted

You will need to ask each instance to remove it. You should contact your instance admins for guidance on if they can assist you to contact other instance admins.

Reddit when you delete a comment or post it gets deleted in full and does not leave any traces and is not linked to your account.
There have been various services that monitor and back up comments and let people see deleted Reddit comments.

Yeah I have run the delete process a few times on reddit and I can still find stuff I posted when not logged in. I swear they just hide it from your logged in view.

I don't know if pict-rs, the image-hosting thing, has delete functionality, though unless someone is an instance admin or has a saved copy of the URL, I don't know if there's any way to get a list of images.

its not even that. reddit just does not actually delete it. it no longer shows from you so they dissociate the comment from your user but they keep the info.
