The MiB aren't violating human rights because the people they violate are not human.

Yes, at least for the basic reason that he is an "ideal hero" for the corrupt fucks.
Completely cripple hundreds of goons who may or may not have any desire to actually help the mastermind? Totally fine!
Kill the actual mastermind that's actually, directly and openly responsible for most of the terrible shit? Oh no, I'm having a moral conniption! Maybe use his billions to do actual charity work that could change millions of lives? Nope!! Must keep up the playboi image and spend it all trying to be the one hero.

if you can afford to wear a tacticool fursuit to beat people up, you can afford to pay taxes which will actually help eliminate poverty and end crime.
(i know the canonical answer is that there's evil organisations that make public spending to help people irrelevant)

International intelligence agencies are like a having a bunch of police departments all competing with each other for universal jurisdiction, if some of the cops were on everyone's payroll.

But Bruce Wayne has Bill Gates to Jeff Bezos level of wealth (including highly profitable enterprises) and owns a newspaper. He could play their game, start lobbying, get the propaganda rolling etc.

Probably yes in reality but in the first movie they are actually doing all that to keep earth as a safe heaven for aliens without a world.
