Honestly, I can't imagine square not fucking up 6. 9 seems easier to adapt.
I'm rather have an octopath style remake of 6 than a FFVII remake one.

Good point, haven't played 7 remake yet, but seeing how 6 is made with 20 pixels, and it has the potential for such amazing scenes and cc areas........
