I use them in dreams all the time and they offer me no relief. Then I wake up and go to the "real" one... That's right. I know what's up, machine elves.
I just have an infinite pee stream but for some reason never recognize that it's a dream. I just get angry that I'm peeing so much

I very often have some convoluted dream, where I end up taking a piss, except it just doesn't stop, then after a while I wake up having to pee really badly

Also sometimes in the dream I pee in a weird place. Like, someone tells me where the bathroom is and it's just some room without toilets or anything so I just pee in the corner of that room. -

Last time I really needed to go and indeed there appeared a toilet and indeed I used it. I woke up half an hour later to find myself compeletly dry in my bed and still needing to go to the toilet. I couldn't believe it either, but I swear I'm not making this up.

I always use them but it never makes the feeling of having to pee go away lol. Then I wake up and really have to go. Never gone in my sleep thankfully lol.

I was about to a couple of years ago, jolted awake and went straight to the real bathroom. I've never gone from deep sleep to 100% clarity that quickly. If only we could harness that power...

Also sometimes in the dream I pee in a weird place. Like, someone tells me where the bathroom is and it's just some room without toilets or anything so I just pee in the corner of that room.For me it's a toilet in the middle of an otherwise empty bathroom (i.e. not even a sink to wash my hands)
I usually start peeing a neverending stream until I wake up (I don't pee myself tho, just wake up with an urgent need to pee)

i have this like every single week, best part is that at some point while waking up i realize "oh fuck i hope i'm not pissing the bed", then i wake up and go "oh thank christ, not even a drop"

Only happened to me once and woke up before emptying my entire bladder. Nowadays I can piss all I want in my dreams and not wet the bed.
