wrote on last edited by [email protected]Neither. Never go for an instance thats at the top in terms of user count unless there is a specific reason to do so. This applies to all fediverse or decentralized services.
Go for any of the ones below the red line or sort this table by MAU and find one even further down. Excluding US based servers is also something to think about.
