        The problem is that Galaxy means milky way, so Saying milky way galaxy is like saying the milky way milky way.

            In Ukraine we use "Чумацький Шлях" (I'm not quite sure how to translate Чумак/Чумацький so I'll leave a link to wiki dictionary ) but saying "Молочний шлях" (Literally Milky Way) is also right

                        Literally 'Chumak's Way", Чумак/Chumak is a proper noun, so it doesn't really translate
