I mean FIFA kinda thrives on, if not racism, nationalism. I mean sports in general tend to gear thinking in that way. Not always to a problematic level but anyone with family or friends who super into sports knows what I'm saying here

For comparison: Brazil had to suspend its law that forbids alcohol on stadiums for the 2014 World Cup.
As it turns out, it really didn't have to. Brazil simply respected agreements instead of unilaterally reneging on them at short notice. If the World Cup ever comes to Brazil again, I'd recommend pulling a Qatar and just nodding along until two weeks before the tournament starts and then just changing the rules according to what you believe is correct.

FIFA sucks and always has

So either racism has gone away or FIFA is A-OK with it now.
How are they supposed to play soccer when FIFA has no balls?

Please, learn from Lionel Hutz, it's supposed to be "No, racism!"
Maybe they're speaking Polish.
"No to rasizm" translates to "Well, racism it is!" -

Flashback: Once upon the time, 2014, the DFB (German football association) required the FC St. Pauli to "neutralise" their grounds as they were having the national team as guests for training before their friendly against Poland. As far as the club understood the thing, that meant obscuring all the sponsor ads, fair enough. The DFB interpreted it differently: Also any and all political slogans shall be obscured, and St. Pauli, famously, sports a big "Kein Fußball den Faschisten" in the stadium, installed permanently. ("No football for fascists" -- as in they're not supposed to have any at all, not this football isn't for them). The DFB then improvised and, with limited means, covered the slogan to read "no football". It was a draw, nil nil. Uninspired, one might say.

I’d argue, money were spent, teams traveled, fans spent money, and it’d have been hard to tell everyone that the show was cancelled, it is not duty of fifa to solve racism and discrimination when Americans can’t even get up their asses to go to vote to don’t put a undeveloped idiot at the helm
