Its not even a spoof movie

Danm it! I wish these played for me, that sounds funny as hell!

Please tell me you aren’t Indian.
I'm not, but I've got a couple friends who clue me in to the good stuff.

Monkey Man, directed by Dev Patel, was solid. More of a John Wick movie than RRR's Rambo: The Musical. But the acting, the cinematography, and the screenplay were all on par with a top tier American film.
Couldn't remember why I didn't watch it, it's the musical part. Not to big into musicals.

It is hilarious! It doesn't even go feet first, which makes it funnier!

Have they suggested Bahubali?

Damn, it looks familiar. I can't recall, tbh. But I'll definitely add it to my queue.

That's more tongue-in-cheek. They've got a scene at a party that involves the protagonists engaging in a dance-off with one of the villains, which is one of the best parts of the movie. But it's maybe ten minutes in a three hour long epic. Not really a musical anymore than, say, Titanic.

For a little while now, yes.
IMDb, historically known as the Internet Movie Database,[2] is an online database of information related to films, ... IMDb began as a fan-operated movie database on the Usenet group "rec.arts.movies" in 1990, and moved to the Web in 1993. Honestly, to an English speaking North American with typical deficient exposure to the complexities of a lot of other cultures and languages, a lot of the English-language translations for shows and movies from other parts of the world end up coming across that way. Mostly, I just assume it's something lost in translation and totally not a big deal, of course.

It has the same director as RRR. Between them, Bahubali is my personal favorite

Thanks, didn’t know that was Amazon

idk man, look at some bollywood films from the 80s and 90s. they have an entirely different sense of physics.
Looks like your average game of thrones episode after season 4

Oh simply the committee that nominates movies for Oscar is ass in India(as in corrupt) so you'll never even hear about good Indian movies through Oscars
You should look at tumbbad, jigarthanda double xOr simply the Oscar is an advertisement company for their friends products, and not some competition.
