They don't make 'em like they used to

So the word bung hole was used for something else in the past?
No, that IS what bung hole means.

I need my bung hole reamed out, but not with this medieval torture device lookin' motherfucker.
It's so unsafe with that un-flared base

It just keeps going deeper until you spit it out.

Those were the days, when your Craftsman tool broke (no, they did sometimes, really) you'd take it back to Sears and get a replacement for free.
While the quality of the tools may not be quite as good Lowe’s and Home Depot I believe still do this with their store brands also

Craftsman was a good brand back then.
After you get your bung hole reamed, go check your ballcock and make sure it's not sticking

Lowe's isn't going to take a socket set off the shelf and open it to hand you the 12mm the way Sears used to.

Thanks, I was making a joke but as it turns out, comedy is hard.
Ah. I just took you serious cuz that's what my first thought was and I figure not everyone knows what a reamer is. It's not the most commonly used tool these days.

I have a dildo that is shaped like Rosie O'Donnell‘s left fist if that pleases you.

Not enough TP in the world

That's not like new, it's dull as shit. And really hard to sharpen.

They replaced a 12 and a breaker bar just last weekend for me when I was doing a brake job which is the only reason I felt obliged to respond.
The quality of the tools isn’t as good, and they’re banking on most folks buying a new replacement, but they do still replace THEIR brand

Fun fact: It's still used to describe an access hole in a barrel, or drum. At work, I sell stuff that sometimes comes in 55gal drums. I regularly have to explain what a bunghole is to people who have never worked with drums before, because they think I am being vulgar at first.
There’s a shop in Salem called Bunghole Liquor, always someone out front taking a photo in front of the sign and I think they have a 2nd location now

The handle is torn up, too.
