Game of Thrones. To much a period drama.

      Any sitcom or comedy.

I would put those in a completely separate category, actually. They're both older and more real than the "engineered compilation of random unscripted moments" type of thing.

I have no recommendations, unfortunately, haha.

Well people consider Survivor reality tv, so idk I figured it was towards that genre. But whatever we consider it, I like it haha.

Haha okay I love Japanese game shows but I almost can't call them reality. 😛
I recommend Silent Library. An older show but great.

I figure if Survivor counts (and people say it does) than those would too, but I feel you lol. I'll check it out, thanks! The older the better tbh! Takeshi's Castle was what like 1986ish?

            Sopranos.

The Mafia and gangster genre has just never appealed to me. I always find the characters annoying and one-dimensional.

Agreed; Tony has a problem. Tony gets angry. Tony solves problem by killing/having killed said person responsible for the problem was very much the dominant and highly repetitive story line. There was some nuance, sure, but not enough for my liking.

Lost - for some reason I just could't bring myself to care about any of the characters or the premise.

It went from interesting to frustrating to enraging that I wasted my time. I watched it all. I wish I could have that time back.

I never watched lost in it's heydays, i watched it much later. The cgi and everything seems so outdated. Then i got interested and understood why so many people liked it. But it all falls apart pretty quick.

Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones

Couldn’t get past a season and the fandoms are just obnoxious.

You don't have to engage with the fandom while watching a thing

Might be the only person I've ever seen in my life who disliked the Sopranos. I assume you don't eat Gabagool?

Gabagool? Now that's a word I had to look up, but luckily Wikipedia once more was able to come to the rescue:

The pronunciation gabagool has been used by some Italian Americans in the New York City area and elsewhere in the Northeast US, based on the Neapolitan language word capecuollo (pronounced [kapəˈkwollə]) in working-class strata of 19th- and early 20th-century immigrants.

                          https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capocollo#Etymology

So it turns out that I do like to eat it, but I normally just call it coppa.

I'm going to stick my neck out and say 1883 was one of the best shows I've seen on TV.

Uhm. I’m glad you liked it. That country music guy and his wife have probably the most wooden acting ive seen outside a secondary school play, and they somehow have zero chemistry even though they’re actually married. My partner who loves Yellowstone for some indiscernible reason couldn’t even get through it.

Again though im glad you enjoyed it. I also enjoy stuff that most people would roast.

Game of Thrones. I stopped watching when Aquaman raped the blonde.

Then I started reading the books. the rape scene was written slightly different, so...whatever. Then I got to the part where the brother/sister threw the boy out the window. Done. Violence against kids is my line.
