    Don't answer in generic manner.

This is your free space to rant your heart out.

I feel guilty. I boarded my cats today to go on my first vacation in years. We kept it local so we can come back pretty easy if something happens, and the facility is super bougie, with webcams and daily photo and video updates. One of my cats has special needs and it makes it difficult to have her watched by a friend or family. Logically I know they are safe and looked after but damn I miss them and I don't know how I'm going to sleep without my little purring weighted blankets 😞

Some people work together well. My husband and I have been married over 25 years, the last 20 years we've worked closely together.

        It's hasn't been perfect 100% of the time, but I wouldn't change a thing.

You just have to figure out conflict resolution AND how to respect when one of you needs downtime (we are both mostly introverts that need to recharge sometimes)

        That's reassuring, thank you.
She has agreed to do a couple sessions of couples therapy with me after we move in to help establish a solid foundation for living together and get used to communication before there's anything stressful to communicate about.

She's coming from a household with pretty garbage communication styles so I'm hoping it helps her reset so to speak and get a fresh start.

The horrors persist but so do I.
