People who need an other to feel superior to for their own shortcomings and to maintain the rigid world view they were raised in. At the core, they're the same. Why do you think sexism highly correlates to racism? Classism and casteism follow the same reasoning.

If you brush all bigotry off as "just bigotry" you're missing out on a lot of the ways impact and motivation differ.
Bigotry against bihari people focuses on a specific region. This discourages emigration and has a compounding effect on the region.
Castism is not region based and does not provide additional pressure against emigration.
There are others, but I'm not writing you a fucking essay.
