Another feast for my blocklist.
Honestly this is all so stupid. Lemmy.world really might be the worst instance here, idk if y'all getting raided or what but this is obnoxious and I'm prolly just gonna block this instance outright.
It is childish to use mod powers to issue a warning over such a minor thing, especially without explaining why it is so offensive instead of just blocking the offending user and moving on.
It is childish to spam a circlejerk just to harass and dogpile a mod over a vaguely overreaching warning and screech about "language policing" like some cuckservatives do about "muh cancel culture" when their wife leaves them and takes the kids.
It is especially childish to do the above while unironically actually dogpiling / "not being civil" at said mod which was their original justification IIRC, thereby proving them correct.
All that instead of just blocking them/their community and/or instance and moving on.
Lemmy is a free and open source software, you can fork it and make your own version, you can download it and run your own instance, with your own communities and rules federating and defederating with whoever you want, however you want.

Please don't use the word stupid, it's toxic.
