Anyone else havin a problem with control panel defaulting to second page some times?

So basicly i created second page in control panel and moved all the things that i dont use there.

So my control panel was wery clean with just a couple of things that i actualy use.
But than i notice issue that i didnt even know existed. When i pull down control panel, instead of showing first page that is marked as “heart” one it shows me the second page with things that i newer use. What a veird thing!

It happends from time to time but its wery anouing, honestly im not used to having any bugs on my iphone..

Anyone else having this issue?
I have iphone xs 256GB with latest Ios 18.6.2
