Get a thumb drive and put a Linux boot on it.
Apply thumb drive, restart, enter BIOS. Make sure the USB is the first thing that'll boot. You may have to fiddle with SecureBoot.
Installation will include setting up partitions. This will wipe everything on the drive so you don't have to worry.
