Even if Israel was 100% Jewish that doesn't mean being anti Israel is the same as being anti Jewish. Only if every Israeli is Jewish and every Jew is Israeli are the two equivalent.
Just see all the Jews who are against the current Israeli genocide to understand the distinction.
