Linoleum floor in a supermarket? Haven’t seen that in the US nor Mexico.

The thing about this I don’t understand is why. Is it supposed to be to exist in as much of a natural state as possible?
I just like the way it feels. Though because of all the risks, I wouldn't do it except at home or similar environments.

Since when is it illegal? Nobody has ever raised any objection, let alone tried to stop me going dogs out to the shops.
If the store has a rule for it, you would be trespassing without shoes.

Asphalt is hot but as long as you keep moving, and you've built up some callouses, it's not that bad. I always kept to the grass on the side when I could.
Depends on where you live. In my city, sometimes shoes aren't even enough.

Its funny you say this because I once went in a Ross with my wife and someone had taken a monster shit in one of the aisles. It was absolutely horrific. I think about it every time she wants to go to Ross now. I don't think I've gone in one with her since.
Ross is the answer to someone asking, "what if JCPenney but in a demilitarized zone?"

This looks gross, but im also so confused at the amount of people saying walking barefoot is dangerous and gross. Walking barefoot is not to bad in my city its pretty clean and there is lots of grass.

...washing my feet in the sink is trivial; drying them well-enough not to track around slightly-damp feet afterward is a hassle...
have you considered a hand towel? they work equally well with feet.

wrote on last edited by [email protected]...those are what i use, but whereas i can avoid touching anything with my hands until using a towel and any residual dampness air-dries between my fingers and skin, hopping across the bathroom to a towel one foot at a time is awkward and best and my feet are pretty much going on the ground immediately after mostly-drying them...

Yeah, using OP's picture it cut like this, so it was likely a glass cup or bottle that someone has cracked or just how my foot managed to bend when stepping. I just walked back, poor rubbing alcohol on it, put 2 things of super glue in it and kept drinking. What else are you supposed to do in college
haha good ol super glue... Just as a friendly tip: Use something like New-Skin or VetBond instead of superglue. Superglue uses toxic solvents in large percentages, but New-Skin/etc use safer alternatives and also have additives that make the cured result a bit more flexible.
Soo much better than bandaids on most scrapes/etc, although on places that still flex a ton like fingers or in/around joints, salve+bandaid can still be better.
