        Could be photo shop? The hands come up from out of frame, so it could be a normal picture of john rambo with a bandana and gang sign hands just dropped on top. It does have that soap opera foggy quality though so you're probably right that its AI.

                    I don't know if they are shopped or just imgen based on these hands, but they look very similar down to the light and dark patterns on the skin.

                    If the proportions match, I'm saying shop, but I'm still not quite ruling out imgen that tried to recreate this exact picture.

                      Could definitely just be artifacts from the source photo.
