Bug in profile

So other users can access the profile but not that user? Might be a issue on their browser then. 403 error mean they are not logged in.

This page give me 403 error when I click on his username on admin panel -
Now I create new user with this username

And I have the problem

Sounds like something's wrong on your forum, cuz it doesn't happen on this forum or my local dev environment. Are you using any custom plugins?
I tested with those usernames and rtl language as well.
