Because you can take it server to server. If you try and play an mmo on private servers, you have to make an account on each server. You could see what people have done on other servers, even though they haven’t leveled up on all servers.

Cosmos's lemmy app is outdated and doesn't work, yunohost is the only webclient type thing I've tried that has lemmy and works. Yunohost also has most other services like sharkey, pleroma, peertube, etc. and lets you easily install multiple services on one server with different domains. Only downside is it doesn't have multiserver management like the rest, but the rest have no app support for fediverse stuff outside of mastodon. If you don't know how to do a lot of the docker stuff yourself, coolify, dokploy, runtipi, etc. aren't really a possibility, they don't work with ansibile, or the easy install without modifications (that idk how to do, I have yet to suceed)

Reddit isnt normal social media, this is literally a clone with less ppl and communities, and less helpful ppl apparently

That's why Misskey is desperately need English contributor. It's always hard for FOSS software when its main community is non-English got forked and international community doesn't help them.

Do you have any idea how enhance works and if I can have it alongside that, friendica seems easy enough to set up without docker or anything, I think im already using docker through enhance since I have a docker.list

Yeah I turned it off, the Nas only receives and keeps previous versions and the phone only sends. For my other shares it's different.

My Dovecot is still 2.3.21. It's the most recent package. But you're right the update doesn't look trivial.
