There was a bug that caused some categories to not respond to webfinger request appropriately, so they could not be found on fedi. You can just change them from one handle to another, and then back again. That should fix the issue with the testing category not being able to be found.

Ok but Linux-libre does not solve the security risk. It just makes hardware not work. You might as well say that any kernel module is a security risk (be it Free or proprietary) and it's better to turn it off. Also unlike the blobs which "can cause risks", Linux-libre causes risks. It removes proprietary microcode updates. So the outdated (also proprietary) microcode installed on your computer leaves you vulnerable to things like Spectre. This is potentially not an issue if OP uses ARM for example but using Linux-libre for security reasons is a really bad joke.

Side note, PDFs are the absolute worst. Even reading them on a full-sized tablet is incredibly annoying. Anybody have any tips/tricks/apps for that? Try KOReader. It's mainly for e-ink devices (initially, Kobo devices) but it handles PDFs better than most applications and gives you various options to address them. It's still not going to do miracles on smaller screens like phones, but I use a Kobo tablet/ereader and it works very well there.

Just don't use NFS for large files. It's not good for that.

@julian Yes, I still have to study this, but it really looks intentionally overcomplicated and confusing. It is now being forced by European funds, but I am extremely skeptical about this implementation. Much more friendly technologies have sunk into oblivion because they did not solve the problems of the mass audience and were not understood by them. Here, so many problems are created and it is unclear what problem is being solved at all. For example, discovery of new content or new platforms is impossible. I already need to have my own active communities or have many friendly platforms to get at least some distribution outside my forum. But if I already have friendly communities, then this technology is not so important to me because we can exchange links manually.
