@Aragon-Burner oh I thought you were developing a plugin and couldn't load the plugin page on the ACP. Looks like you are having trouble loading the /admin/extend/plugins page. Can you load /admin/development/info? If so can you post a screenshot of that page.

@julian Yes, I still have to study this, but it really looks intentionally overcomplicated and confusing. It is now being forced by European funds, but I am extremely skeptical about this implementation. Much more friendly technologies have sunk into oblivion because they did not solve the problems of the mass audience and were not understood by them. Here, so many problems are created and it is unclear what problem is being solved at all. For example, discovery of new content or new platforms is impossible. I already need to have my own active communities or have many friendly platforms to get at least some distribution outside my forum. But if I already have friendly communities, then this technology is not so important to me because we can exchange links manually.
