What is interesting:
-New tariff rate is simply Country's Trade Deficit / Country's Exports to the US
-Taiwan recognizes as country
-French territories not recognized as EU and lower tariff than EU, Same for Uk territories with BVI and Falklands
Anything else?

Can we somehow see the actual tarrifs on different goods? The aggregate number doesn't help that much in understanding the impact and ripple effects.

The data is wrong, it says tariffs to the USA but half, if not most of those countries do not apply tarrifs on American goods.
Do they show anywhere how they arrived at those numbers for tarrifs to the USA? It says it includes currency manipulation but I have no idea what that is or how it's calculated.
